Jim Noll is an accomplished business leader with over 30 years of sales, marketing and operations expertise with companies including IBM, HP, Bank of America and Mellon. He is a passionate entrepreneur and founded his first business, AlpharettaMoms.Org ten years ago.
With deep expertise in technology and being very “handy” himself, Jim has identified the DIY home automation business as a major challenge for most busy home owners. Whether it’s the selection of proper manufacturers, integration with Apple Home or a smart technology installation, many hurdles stand in the consumer’s way. iTrust Home Services was created to remove those roadblocks for homeowners wanting to reap the many benefits of home automation.
Master Electrician- Manager of Automation & Electrical
Frank has held leadership positions in a wide range of jobs, from Store Management to Sales. Receiving his Non-Restricted Georgia Electrician’s License in 2008 while working for LMI Electrical, he focused his dedication and versatility toward the complex trade.
With a firm grasp on the challenges involved in residential electrical installation, Frank ensures every Automation & Electrical project that iTrust undertakes is completed efficiently, effectively, and safely. Our Master Electrician is certified in many fields related to his work at iTrust, most notably his long list of Lutron lighting certifications. His knowledge and experience help troubleshoot any concerns that arise, so customers can feel comfortable with Frank and the rest of the iTrust team working on their homes.
Home Automation Architect
Aaron’s background and education in Computer Engineering, his electrical apprenticeship, and years of electronic services equip him with an extensive technical understanding of Home Automation. He leverages his domain expertise to tailor configurations to your individual needs. Aaron enjoys experimenting with new technologies to reach increasingly intuitive solutions and going above and beyond to earn customer satisfaction.
Communication and Sales Director
Christy grew up in Columbus, GA, living for a long period in Pittsburgh, PA. She graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Management and several years later from Duquesne University with an MBA. She started her professional career at Mellon Bank as a broker in their fixed-income department. After marrying the Managing Directer (Jim), Christy moved to Atlanta in 1999 and began working for McDonald Investments continuing her fixed-income sales career. Jim and Christy moved to Alpharetta from Brookhaven in 2002 with their 2 year old son James. Shortly after moving to Alpharetta, she left her job with McDonald Investments to focus on raising their son James and shortly thereafter, Brendan was born. During her time as a stay-at-home mom, Christy started a website, AlpharettaMoms.org, to help families navigate things to do in the area and highlight local businesses. Christy now manages the communications and sales for iTrust Home Services.
Creative Marketing Manager
Ava will be a senior at Milton High School next year and a full-time dual enrollment student at GSU. She is a member of NHS, President of Milton’s Flood, a leader in FCA, in Milton’s Chorale (Chorus), a runner on Milton Cross Country, a volunteer at Well Star North Fulton Hospital, and is working towards her Girl Scout Gold Award. She has previously led small groups at her church and mentored freshmen in her school’s Flight program. Through iTrust, she has been given the opportunity to learn about business and marketing and now holds a part-time position on our team running and managing our marketing. After graduating high school, Ava plans on majoring in Nursing and commissioning into the U.S. Army.
Patrick is a recent graduate of Milton High School and will be attending Trade’s School for welding in the fall. He enjoys working on his truck and motorcycles in his free-time. Patrick has prior experience in bicycle mechanics and various jobs in the food industry. He feels that his time in customer service and great work ethic has given him the skills he needs to give iTrust’s clients the best experience possible.
Pierce is a junior Environmental Engineering student at the University of Georgia. He participates in multiple intramural sports leagues at UGA, his favorite being soccer. Pierce has refereed soccer from the age of 10. His time refereeing instilled strong conflict resolution skills, patience, and customer satisfaction ideals at an early age. By the time he was 16, he was pursued by the highest level of soccer referee programs for excellent performance. His many years refereeing, jobs in the food industry, participation, and high placement in HOSA conventions/competitions, reception of the Scholar-Athlete award each year in high school along with Region 6A Scholar-Athlete of the year, dedication to varsity soccer, and rigorous classes at UGA have taught Pierce time management and furthered his work ethic. At iTrust Pierce deals with process creation, Lead Paint RRP certification, Automower installation procedures, and AutoCAD design.
